An internal system for an invented building-supply store that still keeps its stock in a notebook. The cashier rings up a sale and the stock drops on its own; the warehouse sees what has to go out on the truck; the owner sees turnover, gross profit, and who still owes money, without waiting for the month-end tally.
What we built
- Three roles, owner, cashier, and warehouse, each with its own menu; the warehouse never sees buying prices
- Point of sale with cash, transfer, and credit, checked against each customer's credit limit
- Stock that moves with every sale, goods received, and stock-take, with a full history per item
- Delivery board with printable delivery notes, and printable sales receipts
- Receivables per customer, overdue warnings, and payments applied to the oldest invoice first
- Daily turnover chart, profit by category, and an Excel export
